Terms for Fence Construction
Chain Link Installers will strive to always use the best quality materials during our construction. As an example of this when we build chain link fences we use the thicker nine gauge wiring and we space the posts at every eight feet as opposed to the cheaper ten feet. We feel it is important to build quality fences that will last a generation.
Chain Link Installers will construct the fence on any lot line as laid out by the property owner. Chain Link Installers is not responsible for relocating any fencing after the construction has started. Fence relocation services would be available at additional cost. We recommend that you get a survey completed by a professional survey company to ensure lot lines are accurate.
Chain Link Installers will build a fence in the locations as outlined by the property owner. Locates must be completed in compliance with legislation. We are not responsible for any buried lines that were not identified by the municipality, or utility because they were the responsibility of the home owner. In example: Pool power, or water lines, or power running to an outbuilding or shed.
Chain Link Installers will follow the lay of the land as best as is possible. If there are severe changes in elevation there may be small gaps below the fence that are the responsibility of the property owner. We would recommend to contact a landscaping company if any changes need to be made.
Chain Link Installers will cover a completed fence to repair fences for up to two years from completion based on the following criteria. We cover if The damage to the fence was due to manufacturing defect in material, or poor workmanship. Chain Link Installers is not responsible for damage due to environmental conditions, vandalism, or negligence.
